Ignatz J. Bacher came to the U.S. from Heidelberg(?), Germany. B. c. 1910-1915, D. 1978. Brothers Joe and Albert. At death, was living in Wheat Ridge, CO. Previously thought to have lived in Chicago. Ignatz had one son, Ernest Robert "Buddy" Bacher (b. 1923, d. 1996), by Elsie Apel (Elsie died in 1952, auto accident; Ignatz later married her sister, Ella). Joe married Lena. Albert married Mabel.

Family roots go back to Austria and Heidelberg. I am Ernest's son, trying to put together more information on both the Bacher and Apel families.
