Searching for relatives of Robert Bacher born in Wurttemberg Germany, Came over about 1881 to Phila. PA.with his parents and siblings.
His father was either Gottlieb or Gottfried Bacher and he had a tanning business in Germany. Gottried's wife was
Caroline. After Gottfried died around 1883 she lived with/near Adolf Bacher possibly Gottfried's brother.
Children were Robert, Charles, Emma, Matilda. Robert also worked in tanning as morocco finisher along Front St.
in Phila. in Fishtown area.
