You can get to the site at http://larryvoyer.com/genealogy/index.html

You can click on surnames and perform a search using a multitude of criteria. Membership is free and will allow you to see living persons as well as download gedcom snippets.

I did a preliminary check for Angelo Bedard but, even with 12,500+ BEDARDS in our database, he's not present.

If you can remember any other information going further back into your ancestry, we stand a better chance of connecting him to the existing BEDARD database.

Please let me know if you, or anyone else on this forum, have a nymore clues.
