Searching for a Adopted Child

Please help me if you can.

I'm searching on behalf of my dad and Uncle they are desprite to find a sister they never knew they had. we have a few details about here although we dont have her date of birth i hope we have enough imformation

She was born some where between 1953-1968 ( i think thats the only dates we got from my gran

She was registered by Sarah Begg ( My Gran ) at the Birth deaths and Marriages of College Street Dumbarton Scotland.
She called her JEAN BEGG ( although she may have changed it now)

She was Adopted through the Crosslet adoption agencey (no longer a business or not registered with 192 or any phone directory)

She was born at the house of Mary and Ben Houston of Bellsmyre avenue Bumbarton. ( i havent found them yet either)

Please help me if you can at the minute thats all i have to go on.
