Msgr. Beggans is my great uncle. He is currently in an Orange, N.J. facility for retired priests. Unfortunately his mind is not what it used to be and he does not have any near term memory. My mother sees him as often as possible so I might be able to relay a question. His recollection of his childhood is still intact. I have not come across the name Cassidy in my research but at this stage wouldn't rule it out. I have asked several other individuals to look at the message board b/c they might be able to help as well.
