Hi

I am currently researching my family history and stumbled on to this website- I live in Scotland and have access to the registrar general website.

My family originate from falkirk and I have taced them as far back as the 17th century. I have seen a few messages posted with regards to the Begg Family in this area (although my family moved to Renfrew, then Paisley in renfrewshire).

Thomas Begg(circa 1807-Falkirk) was my Great(x3) Grandfather, who was the son of William Begg (circa 1766-Banff). There are many siblings, some of whom I know Emigrated.

I would like to hear from any relations who can fill in the gaps- I have also traced my family back to the 1600's and I would gladly assist any of the Begg Family who need assistance.

Regards

David Begg
