Hans Dahl in posting by Naomi Schoenfeld

This doesn't relate to Germany. However, my parents retired in Florida in about 1962. At some time while living there (although they moved from Indiana) I believe this to be when they bought an unusual looking "painting". It appears to be a sepia print with the name "Hans Dahl" on the body of the print. But the 2 figures (a man and woman) in the print appear to have very detailed painting done to their clothing and faces, etc. Probably oil paint...definitely opaque. In the ivory colored border of the print is printed "Painted by Hans Dahl". The paper appears to be old, somewhat yellowed and fragile. Perhaps it is too old to be "related" to your Hans Dahl??? Just thought by chance he might have been an artist.
