James Fagan was my Great Grandfather. He was an artist in the late 1800's to early 1900s in living in NYC. My father has several of his etchings with the signature of JAS FAGAN in the lower right side of them when looking at the prints.

He did a lot of etchings for newspapers as well as portrates.
