Can some one out there, tell me where to find solid resources regarding the above Isaac's lineage. I have an old Gage genealogy, that states my husband's 3rd great grandmother was Susan (Fonda) Gage and she was the descendant of Isaac, son of Douw, who was son of Jellis, who married Hester. Can someone tell me where Cahoes, New York was, as Amos and Susan (Fonda) Gage's son William Montgomery Gage, was born in Cahoes, New York. Had been sent some papers on my husband's lineage, but where we don't have proof, is who were Susan's parents, grandparents, great grandparents.
