I just discovered that a sister of my gr-grandfather married a Fonda.
Mary E. Beebe was born in Vermont, in the 1830s. She was in Albia (a section of Troy, as I understand it) in 1897 when a sister died.
Does anyone have a Mary Beebe or an unidentified Mary in a Fonda family at that time?
