Hi was hoping that someone could help me with my Gagne,Guion family from Amsterdam,Montgomery,NY. My greatmother was Mary Louise Guion(Gagne) born 1881 Cohoes,NY was living in Amsterdam,Montgomery,NY in the 1900 Census there with parents Joseph Guion(Gagne) born April 1861 Canada wife looks like Dorantha? born Aug 1861 Canada with the following children Aggie(Agnes) born Oct 1882, Mary born March 1885, Edward born Oct 1887, Charles born April 1889, Nellie born Nov 1894. There were some others Guion families there as well Charles Guion with wife Louise children Charles,Arthur,George,Edward,Frank then in the 1910 Census I couldn't find Joseph and wife Dorantha but the other Guions there in Amsterdam,Montgomery, NY spelled there name Gagne. My greatgrandmother Mary Louise Guion married Joseph Smith and her sister Aggie(Agnes) married Frank Smith, Nellie married Henry Fahey no information on her brothers Edward,Charles Guion(Gagne) story is that something happened to the parents. This is all I know about them was hoping someone could help. I live in North Carolina my dad is from NY so I am not familiar with the cities,counties there. I belong to Ancestry and have done every thing I know to do and can't find nothing else out. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
