I found a new piece of info while rereading the Gaines file. A researcher from Ohio lists
Daniel M. (Harry) Gaines 1805-1853 who mrd Jane Jenny Lee as one of the sons
of our elusive George Gaines. They refer to the Culpepper Va branch of the family. First time I have noticed the initial M. Does this appear in your files? The beat goes on.
