Mary "Molly" HADEN,was the daughter of LORENZO YOUNG HADEN,
born in Virginia, who married MARY IRENE JOHNSON,a d/o J."Jake" H. JOHNSON who married "one of the PRUITT girls."
JAKE JOHNSON, was first city marshall of Burns City,Texas, April 22,1884.
I'd like to know if LORENZO HADEN was kin to ZACHARIAH HADEN of Goochland Co., Virginia whose will was probated Feb.20,1792 naming sons and daughters:
JESS,ROBERT,ELIZABETH,SUSANNA;and naming wife ELIZABETH;
I'd also like to know if any other info is available about Mary "Molly" Haden.
Mary Haden married George Alfred Mann, around 1880 and died in Henderson, Rusk County, TX in 1902-1905 time frame, after George Alfred Mann had died in 1900. Mary remarried H.T. Schaefer, 802 North Taylor Street, Gainesville, TX around 1904, then died, leaving children Jessie Alfred, Young Hayden, Mamie and Edwin George Mann; Mr Schaefer adopted children and raised them. Edwin George was my father.
