Hello - I've just found this page and wonder whether someone out there can help please. My mother's mother was named Maud (Emily?) Haden and came from the Birmingham / Worcester area of the U.K. My mother is nearly 82 and her memory is a bit patchy but remembers that Maud's parents owned a cake/biscuit factory / shop in the Midlands somewhere and also that there was another relative who owned a small needle making shop/factory. I would love to find out more about these Hadens to surprise my mother. She has lost birth and marriage certs over the years unfortunately which makes it pretty hard going. I think there was money somewhere in the family. My grandmother had a ball for her 21st birthday and wore a crinoline dress (which is quite classy!). As my grandmother died in 1957 aged 63 (I think) we're going back some years to the first world war years or thereabouts. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
