I have had some older postings, see #777 this forum and also see #825. My grandfather's records (John Paul Kaiser) had Theresia Übelhör as the wife of his grandfather, PAUL KAISER. And maybe she was. However I have found the following records. Please note that Paul never did have land in Russia and his son, Karl Kaiser didn't either. Some critical years are missing from the Russian records but these documentations are very valuable to our Kaiser family and we can only hope that more will be translated. Marriage Notes for JOHN KAISER and ROSALIA LANG:
We do have records on Rosalia Kaiser. We only have record of two marriages, but that is not unusual since she was not baptized here we would not have her complete record. On the record of her marriage date with Paul it simply says that she was the widow of Ignatz Lang Sr.
Rosalia Lang married Paul Kaiser January 8, 1958 by the Rev. Nicholas Krebs O.F.M. Cap.
Rosalia Kaiser died September 2, 1975. She was buried at St. Mary's Cemetery in Ellis (KS) in block II, lot 72, plot #4.

Paul Kaiser of Park, Kansas and Rosalia Lang of Ellis, Kansas had a prenuptial agreement made the 4th of January 1958. Each had property and could dispose of it however each wanted and upon the death of one, the other would have no claim, nor their heirs. Upon the death of Paul Kaiser that the said Rosalia Lang will be paid the sum of One Thousand Dollars but if Rosalia were to died first nothing would be paid to her or her heirs. Signed by Paul Kaiser and Rosalia Lang in Hays, Kansas thee 4th of January 1958.

Memorandum of Agreement
In addition to the foregoing agreement the parties agree that when Rosalia Lang's son is living with the parties that each shall pay one half the grocery bill of the parties, and when the son of Rosalia Lang no longer lives with them, then Paul Kaiser will pay the full grocery bill. It is understood that Rosalia Lang will pay any and all doctor bills and hospital bills which she may incur or have necessary from her own separate property; and that Paul Kaiser will pay all his own doctor, hospital and medical expenses. This agreement shall not be considered as affecting the force and effect of the prenuptial agreement of the parties, but is merely to record in writing their personal agreement as to those two items.
