We are writing a book on the three local breweries in the LaSalle-Peru, Il. area. Frederick Kaiser worked for a railroad (we believe ) and opened the Union brewing co. in 1845. We dont know for sure what he called the brewery. We are dying for a picture of him and a signature. Any history and info. would be greatly appreciated. Please email me or if it is easier, just call. My cell is 815 343 1622. This info. and a couple other smaller things are the only thing holding up this book from being published. Once again, any help would be greatly appreciated.
