I am trying to find information about my family tree for a research project that my son Olivier Labrie is doing at school. Anyone who can help me finding our ancestors: when they came to Canada, the meaning of our name and if we have a family crest.
My father was born November 6 1925 in St-Charles de Bellechasse on the South side of the St-Lawrence River in Quebec. He died March 14 1995 in Charlesbourg Quebec. His father was Aime Labrie who died August 11 1948 in St-Charles de Bellechasse at the age of 70. He was married to Maria Labrecque who died Decembre 1953 at the age of 71 at the same place.
