Noah and Margaret (Malone) LaBrie were married in Mpls. Minnesota somewhere in the 1870's. Noah was born in 1850 in Canada and Margaret was born in 1857 in Rhode Island. They had three children; Mary, Louis and Frank Paul LaBrie. The last was my beloved Grandfather. Mary (his sister) married a doctor and my grampa lived with her for a while as a young boy. I can't find much on his family. I did find that possibly Noah was an Oiler by trade, and at one time a waiter as well. I found the latter in the census' and the former in LDS site but am hoping someone out there knows more. He did speak of a niece named "Lucy" that he liked very much (Mary's daughter, I think).
