I incorrectly named Lousia and Thomas with Braxton. The following is what was found at the courthouse in Stokes County. I only copied the information. It was Thomas and Louisa's son that has Braxton Lankford as a witness. However, I do agree Louisa may be daughter of Wes and Docia. Just no proof.

Hill, James M to Mary Sands Date of Bond 21 July 1856 Bondsman & Witness Braxton X Lankford (w) Saml. H. Taylor, D.C. md. 22 July 1856 by M.T. Smith, J.P.
