Yes, my line descends from Rolland and Frances [Durrett] Mardis. We are "cousins." I would like to encourage Mardis surnamed males to assist in trying to link as many lines as possible back to Thomas Marders. You ladies can help by encouraging the men in your lives to participate in the DNA Project. I am currently the only member of Rolland's line who is a member of the project. How about some company for me and for the SC Samuel Mardis line which also has only one representative?
