George (Frank?) MARDIS and Hattie Ann GREEN, IL or KY

I am searching for George MARDIS and Hattie GREEN who had a son Olen Victor MARDIS b Aug 22, 1908. It looks like Hattie Green was born in KY in 1886. We don't know much about George (Frank?) MARDIS. We know that Olen was born (according to his delayed birth certificate) in Jasper Co or Bloomington, McLean Co, IL. Don't know if George and Hattie married or divorced in IL or KY. Hattie married a LIPSCOMB in OH abt 1920. Does anyone know anything about this folks?
