Sorry it took me so long, anyhow. Hattie's mother's name is Narcissa Preston Hill, m. to Stockdale Jackman who is the grandchild of Robert Jackman, Jr, who served in the revolutionary war.

I'm honestly interested in any information you have on the family group.

I'm working on several things. Probably most important, I'm trying to find documentation on the relation between George Mardis(1767-1845) and his father John Thomas Mardis(1749-1820). George Mardis is the grandfather of Joseph Duncan Mardis.

I'm also working on trying to find documentation on the relationship between Joseph's wife Elizabeth McNutt(1826-1864), and her mother, Elizabeth Wakefield(1803-1865).
