I research the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.
Note 1 - Without a KNOWN parish, the chance of an ancestor's rcds NOT being in this database is AT LEAST 35%.
Note 2 - Only 1/2 of Co. Cork's rcds are in this database.
Note 3 - The RC church kept control over most parish rcds from Tipperary (north). These are ONLY available thru the Tipperary Family History Research center at a substantial fee (regardless of outcome).
For Mary O'Hartigan B 1899 +/- 4 yrs in Co. Tipperary with a father forenamed Michael, I found 0 B rcds. The closest to your timeline is in 1885.
All of the sibling names you listed are dimmunitives of their proper name.
For James Hartigan B ???? ditto, I found 1 rcd in 1887.
For William " B ???? ditto, I found 2 rcds in 1879.
For Jassie " B ???? ditto, I found 0 rcds.
For Ellen " B ???? ditto, I found 4 rcds: 1870, 2-1879, and 1901.
For John Hartigan M ????, I found 1 potential rcd in 1883.
For Mary O'Meara M 1883 (exact), I found 5 rcds.
For John O'Meara M 1860 +/- 4 yrs somewhere in Ireland, I found 34 rcds - too many to list here.
For Catherine O'Rourke M ditto, I found 32 rcds. Will let you try to match these 1st for the same yr/cnty, and 2nd by parish within the matches from 1st.
