Do you have any dates for this John O'Meara please? Or an occupation?
Since I posted the above message I've found out that the daughter Sarah b1859 was in fact illegitimate (born in Scotland and Baptised in Kenmare)
I'm not sure if the John you mention is my ggrandfather as I have no knowledge of a Margaret Sullivan, but if it is the same man then I must assume that the second daughter I have is also illegitimate.
