It looks like Mildred M was very prolific. My mother-in-law is one of her children. She was married to Edwin Klein, not Kline, and her maiden name was Rackliff.
Carl E and Mildred M Padden had these three children that I know of: Robert James padden b. Apr 3 1946 in Livingston Mt. Donald Fredrick Padden b July 15, 1951 in Ft Benton, Mt and Darlene Francis Padden b Nov 30, 1953 in Hamilton, Mt.
Mildred M and Edwin J Klein had 5 children.

Shirley May Klien (Degele)
b. May 20, 1939 in Worden MT
Virginia Rosalie Klein (Olson)
b. Jan 3, 1941 Worden MT

b. June 4, 1942 in Worden MT
Rex Eugene Klein
Jan 2, 1944 in Billings MT
