I am sorry I really do not know that Much on the Tom in my tree. I will begin askign the patriarchs and Matriarchs in the family and see if they have any stories.
The one thing I would do is ask you if Langdon, ND means anythign to anyone in your family? I have strong reasons to believe that in or around 1903 all of James sons where there. If your Tom has ties to that area of ND, we may have a connection.
