Maria von Raab

Looking for info on my 5th Gt Grandmother Maria von Raab. Oral history has her as wife of the treasurer of Oldenburg, Christian Oelhman, probably mid 1700. My 3rd G. Grandfather, her grandson, was born in 1810. His mother was reported as Johanna Caterina Oehnman. His father, Jean Frederick de Planque-vuer, from Normandy, France. Speculation puts him in Oldenburg ca. 1808 in connection with the Treaty of Erfurt and the inclusion of the Duchy of Oldenburg into the Confederation of the Rhine, possibly in a military or diplomatic post.

Any help out there to support the speculation or the parentage?

Thanks,

Duke
