I was recently given my grandmother's news clippings which included a published letter written by Velma Akers of Sherman TX. In it she mentions attending a confederate reunion in Jacksonville FL and then visiting Cuba with a Mr. and Mrs. O. M. Sadler of Canton OH (among others). There is no date on the article, but Grandma died in 1956, so it is at least 52 years old. Since only initials were listed for the Sadlers, it is hard to link the article to any of the people listed on this forum. However, if you recognize the people, I will gladly email a copy of the article.
