CHARLES J. TAFT SR.
GREENVILLE - Charles Jasper Taft Sr., 57, died Sunday, June 18, 2006.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Triumph Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. C.B. Gray officiating. Burial will follow at the Homestead Cemetery with military rites.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalee Brown Taft of the home; a daughter, Trecia Taft of Greenville; five sons, Thomas Taft of Virginia, David Taft and Derek Taft, both of Greenville, Curtis Dickerson of Alabama, and Charles Taft Jr. of Wilson; two brothers, George Taft of Maryland and Thomas Smith of Greenville; and three grandchildren.
A viewing will be from 1-2 p.m. at the church.
Funeral services are by Dickens Funeral Service, Tarboro.
