I have a picture postcard taken 1909-1910 of Florence Amy Taft and another baby girl, Frances, near her age. It was sent to my granduncle Victor Ellsworth Girton's wife, Sarah Emilene (Taft) Girton, at Brazil, North Dakota, and signed by "Hazel". The message is "This is Florence and Frances. They were taken while we were at Rugby." I believe this Hazel was Hazel Sadie (Harroun) Taft, wife of Charles Lowell Taft, Jr., and sister of Sarah Emilene Taft.
Uncle Victor said that Sarah was related to President Taft's family, but I've not been able to find proof of that.
I would be pleased to send a copy of this postcard to anyone interested.
