My father, Peter Francis Wible was also in "I" Company,3rd Battalion, 508th Regiment. His picture and name, along with those in "I" Company,is in a book of the 508th by Dominique Francois. Also in that picture is the name James C Hutto.
The post by Marion Marks looks like a carbon copy of my father's history with the 508th.I also have the book by
William Lord.I also came across a picture of him in an online site as they were getting ready for the jump into Holland.
