I was somewhat aware that their were Youngs ancestry on the North Fork of Long Island. Seeing it described as the historic home for the family roots confirms some of the history I was told as a young boy and sends chills up my spine, because I was raised on the east-end of Long Island. I realize their is a Youngs Avenue in Southold, N.Y. not far from Orient Point and that there was a Rev. Youngs in that town which named the street after the family. I just thought it was an interesting bit of trivia for Youngs genealogy researchers.
