Looking for info on Zapata's in Colombia

Hi my family's from Colombia with the last name Zapata. My grandfather's name is Alonso Ignacio Zapata Sr. and my grandmother's name is Blanca Livia Zapata de Zapata, she was coincidentally already a Zapata by birth (they had NO relation prior to marriage) I always wondered if we are some how related to the great Emiliano Zapata considering both families had the last name Zapata. Does anybody know of any connection or any marriges between Emiliano's ancesters and any Colombians? Or does anyone know how the last name Zapata reached Colombia, whether by marriage or maybe they moved there years ago? Any info would be appreciated.
